HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
UK standard delivery takes 3-4 working days, Europe between 5-15 working days, USA between 5-10 working days and Rest of the World between 5-10 working days.
WHAT SHIPPING METHOD DO YOU USE?
Every Slydes order ships via a trackable delivery method. In the USA we use USPS. For the UK, Europe and everywhere else we use Royal Mail. The tracking number will be provided in you shipping confirmation email.

WHAT DO I DO IF I WANT TO RETURN SOMETHING?
Obviously we want you to be completely overjoyed with your new purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any items you may return them to us free of charge (limited to the UK) within 14 days of receiving them, all you have to do is click the link below and print off your label.
Please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your order number to help us process the return quickly. If there is no information inside the package this can delay the returns process.
Goods that are sent back us should be done so in their original, resalable condition, and will be inspected upon receipt.

Regrettably, we are not able to provide pre-paid or free returns on international returns. Please ensure you mark your parcel clearly as 'RETURNED GOODS' as any customs charges incurred on returned parcel will be refused.
CAN I EXCHANGE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE?
Yes! We offer we exchanges free of charge within the UK for a different size if the fit isn't quite right for you.
Regrettably we are unable to offer exchanges outside of the UK at this time.
WHAT WILL BE REFUNDED?The amount refunded to your card will be the price of the items minus any delivery charges. Unfortunately we do not offer a refund on any delivery charges.
We will aim to issue all refunds as quickly as possible but please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be credited to your account. This is down to your bank or card issuer and is out of our control.
Refunds will only be credited to you via the original method of payment.
WHAT IF MY GOODS ARE FAULTY?
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty item we will be happy to refund you in full. Please follow the same procedure as above.

Goods remain the responsibility of the customer until we receive them back. Therefore please send any returns via a recorded delivery service as we cannot accept any responsibility for loss in the post.
